High Intensity Interval Training is just what it says it is, performing very high intensity, intervals for a short period of time.
An intense half hour comprised of mainly bodyweight exercises and cardio, this class is a total body workout. Encouraged to push each move to your maximum effort, you should feel completely wiped at the end of this class.
