PiYo is not your typical Pilates/Yoga class. It combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga, but we crank up the speed and add upbeat music to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body feeling strong!

This class combines Cycling and Strength training into this one hour class. You will use weights, bars, and other equipment for strength after getting in a 30 minute cardio session on the bike.



High Intensity Interval Training is just what it says it is, performing very high intensity, intervals for a short period of time.

An intense half hour comprised of mainly bodyweight exercises and cardio, this class is a total body workout. Encouraged to push each move to your maximum effort, you should feel completely wiped at the end of this class.



An intense 35 minutes of Hight Intensity Interval Training combined with TRX suspension training. This class is a total body workout and should leave you feeling completely wiped by the end.




Indoor Rowing - A transforming total body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.



A 45 minute Class designed to burn MAXIMUM calories.  Set up in a circuit form using weights, TRX, body bars, body weight and rowing this class will bust through any plateau!  All levels welcome!
